PromptStart is a small, fast utility that helps to access programs and
documents quickly in Windows start menu.
Features:
- simple, fast, requires only 5MB system memory when running
- runs only in foreground - does not waste system resources
(memory, CPU) when not in use
- supports two search methods: from word beginnings and full text
search
- search in Programs and recent documents folder
- saves the search window position and size
- freeware, free for any type of use
- does not contain adware, spyware or any other malicious software
components
